It's The 22 Immutable Laws of Marketing by Al Reis and Jack Trout.  In this short book summary I'm going to share the first, second, and ninth laws from the book.  Be sure to read the entire book if you're interested in exploring theses ideas in far more detail.  It's a relatively short read, so I recommend it to anyone interested in business, marketing, or business strategy.
